When is the fan supposed to kick in? Without air con or anything on my fan doesn't kick in before about 104 degrees...?? Isn't that a bit high?? (The aftermarket gauge and ecu shows about the same temp. Few degrees off between them. Standar gauge stays at the middle)

Check your viscous fan and see if it is free to spin when the engine is turned off ?

If it is easy to turn its shagged basically

It's says in the manual that the fan should go on at 105 celsius. (mine does that) But Isn't that a bit much??

not really with proper coolant mix and being under pressure 1.2 bar its not actually boiling...if you're going to push your engine out of spec by upgrading / performance mods etc then yep get a bigger rad and faster fan...if not just keep regular servicing flushing and coolant changes etc

Or if its way too stiff and rough when cold like mine was Lol
