I was looking at one of these the other day - do look very, very nice... still considering swapping Merc for it as my C-class has been quite possibly the shittest car I've owned!

 

What age they willing to go to... 8K kinda restricts the choice when you want prestige> 3litre!

3l jaguar x type estate ?? should be able to get a 2002/03 for £8k pretty rare though

How about the car below............ something a bit different and 0-60 in less than 6 seconds........or get the estate version just as quick and loads of space inside(I know its not a 3.0L but a lovely sound from the exhaust and goes like stink :dance: )

cant go wrong with an audi a4 avant, im sure there will be somthing in his range, they do and S4 avant which has an 2.7 bi turbo engine, good for 265 bhp
