Guys,

One of my hoses from engine block to metal outlet housing/pipe is leaking similar to problem you've had. Not sure if the hose is at fault or far clip not working. Steam was escaping from there when the water got hot and almost emptied all the coolant. I had to refill her twice today and up to a point any water I poured in would leak at the hose.

How much is it likely to cost to sort this out and is it an easy job???

It is fairly easy if you have a bit of knowledge and mechanical skill, it doesn't cost much acouple of lengths of hose and some red of blue gasket sealant!
