when i first put car back together it went like a rocket, boosting nicely, then my lad had PCV valves of to clean em as she was still smokey, he said the pipes were crappy so i have got some more on order, could a leaking pcv pipe cause no boost, or has he put something back wrong, when driving if you put your boot down the boost gauge just goes to the middle!!

Thanks for any help

Check the Main boost pipes. The 4 big ones to loose that much boost dout it will be on of the smaller one's

If not the 4 main boost pipes mentioned by Scubie try the Lower intercooler pipes

A small vacumn pipe can cause zero boost!

I've seen exactly the same problems.from just one of the small vacumn pipes that come of the 4 main turbo pipes being off.

do a boost leak test and go from there ! those little toys are worth there weight in gold
