Millers 10-60 fully synth does the job.

Believe it or not I was at 10 of the best today and nearly bought some of this! never seen it anywhere else though, Is it recomended to flush the engine and if so with what and for how long?

I've always used Millers 10-60 as well. High quality race oil so you can't go wrong. On a standard Zed any good quality fully synthetic 10-40 would do the trick as well.

My advice would be 10-40 for a fairly standard Zed and 10-50 for a more modded one

I always find it best to ask the experts.

We do have a trader on the forum who deals in oil.

Go to there web site and fill in your details and they will recommend an oil for your mods and driving style etc.
