Stiff neck and aching back, so trip to doctors tmw

Be sure to record all trips to doctor, etc - you'll be able to claim £££££ compensation from the other person's insurance co.

Really sorry to hear that . Glad you`re not hurt , but gutted for ya

Good luck with all the follow-up stuff , Lisa .

As harsh as this may sound Lisa, at least your OK, with a few bruises, it could have been far worse. my Mrs, lost a close friend in a car crash.

^^^ at least your ok thats the main thing, and if someones gone in to the back of you normally it means its there fault! So hopefully you will get the right payout

Ye, I know what your saying mate, I wasnt driving Wow300 was, feeling pariniod bout people braking now tho, but your right could have been loads worse...send my regards to your mrs mate

sorry to hear this..... at least you are all ok :(

Thats ok if you are actually suffering and if you are then you are fully entitled to claim compensation imho, however my old man was rear ended 2 weeks ago at about 5 mph and was absolutely fine but the solicitors acting for his insurance company asked him on 3 seperate occasions AND wrote him a letter asking if he was "really sure he felt fine" and "didnt he think he should go to the doctors "just in case""...............feckin shysters as we all end up paying for it in the end.............rant over

However like i said earlier if you are in pain the fair enough, and hopefully the car might still be repairable

why lie about something though.... if it was a genuine mistake and the person who smacked you apologised and you get the insurance money for the car - so be it.... mistakes happen we're all human – you’re still alive and in one piece so where is the problem.

If you did crack your head or break a shoulder – fair play. You might be off work so a couple extra pounds wouldn’t go amiss

Imagine if you smacked someone by mistake, it could happen – no one is a perfect driver - let’s hope they don’t take you to the cleaners!

What goes around comes around.

Still - shame about the car :( Not nice at all. Hope you get it all sorted soon

Feel for you Lisa, there are so many \/\/ankers down here lately that i've noticed just sitting on my back bumper they may as well be in the rear seats with me... Glad you and Wow300 are ok though.... Makes my bllod boil hearing things like this.....

when i got hit last year i suffered with whiplash and lasted about 6 months - still get the pains today every now and again

i went to the docs on a weekly basis and wasnt great but if i can recommend and thing is physio techniques

No offence Athene, but if you hit someone up the arse they would do the same to you, they wouldnt worry about "im sorry i didnt mean to do it" Its the way life has become now, unfortunatly.

suppose in this day and age to survive you have to be devious
