Well i'm leaving work in an hour, have to go back, put 2 stock rims on the purple zed, grab the final wheel spacer off it then fit both to zena before i load up with all manner of cleaning supplies and beer then i'm off to JAE!

 

I'll pop over and see you lot on the zclub/300zx stand but i'll be on the japgirls stand all weekend so feel free to come over and say hi :D

Just got back was nice and sunny most of the day tbh.

 

I parked up with the riff raff outside tho, £20 to get in each?!?!?!?

 

I questioned the bloke but to no avail, im sure he was charging a little extra for a tip for himself.

 

Didnt see anyone really tho, I might of seen Slick Pete but wasnt sure if it was him so chickened out and didnt ask :/

 

Saw Lets Drift tho but ive never met her and not really spoken to her so she might of thought i was mad if i had gone over.

 

Ive heard people talk about somone called Chunk on here a few times? Might of saw him if he was a big bloke in a wheel chair ?

Just got back too, had a good day, rained saturday night but nice sunshine today. Not as many trade stands as last year but there was plenty of great cars there to look at.

Chunk was the guy with two legs, there was another big bloke in a wheelchair, but he only had one leg.

Yep Im just home now too. Good weather all day. I was last to leave as I spent some time talking to one of my Z Club mates that I hadnt seen for a couple of years or so. Not a vast amount of Zeds on the joint stand but in reality you only need a few people and cars to make a good meet. Highlight of the day was the presentation to Steve Burns who organized everything for the Silverstone parade. Top Man!

I only paid £15 to get in and that included my car!

Yeah i said to him Umm how much does it cost for the car then and he said £15 each person

 

So they added a fiver on to walk in ??

It was certainly pay per car last year as I went in with 2 mates in the car and only paid £15 :confused:

Maybe it's to encourage the show cars to turn up and you would obviously have to pay per person on foot...

Last year I paid £20 for just me in the car - they are clearly pocketing extra cash on the gate.

i only payed £15 at he gate on saturday

It's a shame it's such a badly run event (their website was utter ****).
