Boot Struts Regassed?

Does anyone know if there is a company in the UK that will regas boot and bonnet struts?

Not worth it really with so many low cost spares about, do you think your`s need doing because the boot will not stay up? if it is then the most likely cause is the original boot spoiler is full of water and had added extra weight, replace it with a light weight copy.

Why not get a used set from one of the breakers?

Far cheaper and not sure if it's even possible to get them re-gassed.

I have a spare set of boot struts, if they are required.

 

Keep in mind though, if you've had a lot of rain your way, it is probably the spoiler like one of the above posts pointed out.

 

There is also a big weight bolted in the tailgait that can be removed to see if it helps any.

cheers guys, i was asking in regard to my trans ma project actually!! Lol! I know the can regas them in Australia, but i didn't know if anyone here knew of a way to do it.
