Is anyone here local to swindon/Wiltshire, i do photography and would love to get a good shoot of a Z, there really photogenic i want to see what i can do!

I like the second picture. The first one isnt that good TBH. The background is too much in focus and the car is out. The subject is excellent. Sorry not trying to say you aint good but its a fact. :D The third should have used a faster film. All IMO. :D

 

EDIT: BTW its constructive critisism. I look forward to meeting you and getting together and taking some interesting shots. I love photography. waiting to get a decent camera. You certainly have an eye.

Good pictures Si. Anyone can take a decent photo as bumer will tell you but its the chosen subject that makes the picture good or just another photo.

 

I like the ideas you must have in your head when you see something. I have been helping my son Ross with his eye for a good shot and he is seeing them now.

Well I have seen worse and if he aint got a sense of humour he might find it hard to cope here with that name. :rofl: But to be honest and we have been here before, It is a stupid name if you intend to stay. They usually dont though do they? :D

i should have really mentioned that its Bum'ed short for Bum Head...

 

Its what my girlfriend used to call me and i thought Gazza2007 was crap, should of gone with it though really, its BUM HEAD not BUMMED ...

Anyway, I've been to look at the Crown Inn (SN4 9PA) in Broad Hinton and it seems very suitable The landlord is very friendly and would welcome us for a Saturday lunchtime meet, the pub is in traditional style and is roomy and the carpark is a good size. He would reserve a table for us if we have more than six expected. I told him there would likely be 6 to 10 cars and 9 to 15 people.......I'm sure he would be pleased to see more if we can muster more, but I think that's unlikely based on the attendance at previous meets at Hatchgate.

 

By this post I also invite Bum'ed to come along and take some photos, as he's not a subscribed member I can't pm him so I hope he reads this.

 

I've put a few photos below of the pub and Hackpen Hill so now it's up to you to put your names down and give a preferred Saturday date(s).

I'll start the ball rolling by listing my preferred:-
