Right chaps due to billing falling through, who's going to JAE and do we have anything organised for it . it a big event and last year we had a huge turn out.

I'll be there with a boot full of beers.

 

We either have a stand/area or are sharing the Z Clubs - not sure which it is.

300zx.co.uk and Zclub have a shared stand.

 

I wont be going, Billing was the big one I was planning for and cant make JAE :(

Easy to say in retrospect of course and quite correct, but had we planned a load at JAE and only 6 people turned up because everyone was going to Billing we'd look pretty stupid too. Billing is being rescheduled anyway, so hopefully we won't have wasted any of the money we spent and everyone will be able to get along and have a good time.

As I understand it the area we have been allocated will hold 50 -70 cars depending on how they're parked. I must say that the weather forecast is not good at the moment (but I was castigated for saying that about Billing) However I will bring along the Z Club Shop Marquee which will offer us sufficient covered space. (you must bring your own chairs)! The shop will be open during the daytime, there will be an urn and a fridge and I will be supplying hot and cold drinks. I am willing to go for all 3 days but will only attend on Friday if there are several people to help me put the marquee up.

The marquee will be available in the evenings as a social area. We have electricity laid on so if a couple of people can bring lead lights it may help a bit.

I will be there on the Sunday only.

Looks like I may have to work Sat am then go to Louth to collect some Metro parts. :slap:

I will be available to assist you on Sunday with packing up/ taking down tent etc as discussed between us recently.

I wish. I cant take the weekend off which is why I had the hump when Billing went by by's. But hey There is always next year. :D

Numbers are not important. Having a good time is. We prooved that at Grafham Water. There will be plenty to do for all that turn up I have no doubt about that. If by a slim chance I dont have to work Sunday??? I might just turn up for the afternoon.

Quick question: Do you need special tickets to park in the club area or is it just a matter of paying at the gate and driving to the allocated club area?

Just pay on the gate and ask to be dircected to the ZClub/300Zx stand. NO special tickets or handshakes required :nono:
