this is a strange one but i cant get a usb driver to work with my datascan on my old laptop and it keeps telling me the program is connected via "com1" so with my interface lead being usb ime fvked unless i can get a seriel to a female usb lead adapter which brings me to ask where could i obtain one of these puppys???????

    Brian, that driver I sent does work on XP as I've tried it on my desktop PC.

    You just have to change the default comm port in Datascan to the one shown in Devices for the UART.
