as im lasy (and half cut lol) could someone please post link's up for

 

1. removing the bumper (front, uk car)

2. fitting apexi bovs, have gopt the bung's (little white plastic caps)

3. fitting pace large side mount intercoolers

 

gonna have a break from the house tomorrow and have a fidle wit my car, also where is the motor for the window and bumper washer as that has stopped working

Windscreen washer motor is seperate to headlamp washer motor. They're both on the washer bottle, drivers side just in front of the front wheel, behind the arch liner. Check the fuses first bud - be VERY carefull if you're taking the connections off, they have a habit of pulling the entire guts of the motor out with them lol

is it as easy as it looks

Bumper removal could prove problems - the 2 studs on either side that come from the wings, the nuts tend to rust and lose their flats on UK cars, fingers crossed for ya :D

have removed and replaced a front bumper before, just couldnt remeber how (changed cadpaul's for him)

I would say that is a couple of days work for an amateur car DIYer. The Apexi BOV's are easy enough to fit its just the getting to the recirc's thaat is a pain in the arse.
