"Bymark" Jap ECU remappable or Change?

When dealing with a Jap spec Fairlady. Are the Jap ECU's re mappable here or what alternative ecu should it be changed for to remap the car here?

Also, anyone ever heard of a company calle "Bymark" ??

Thanks :D

I havent heard of that company. If you want a chip speak to Andy P or John Dixon on here they are the best for chips and can program them for you

Thanks mate, how about the likes of completely changing the EMS for something like HKS F Con, Apexi Power FC, AEM etc

Or is chipping the Jap ECU the way forward?

Depends how far you are going with the engine.

A chip will cost you £100 or AEM will be around £2K by the time it's installed and mapped.

No they are not remappable per say, but you can fit a remapped chip. First need to remove the old chip and fit a chip carrier.

Cool. I'm guessing the chip can also be used for high powered fairlady's??

Or are those that are running high power on this forum using something else?

Just call them 300zx's mate. Much nicer. lol

Those running very high power use full management. DTA and the likes. Stock management can cope pretty well with a remapped chip up to reasonable figures. But if you want serious power (450bhp - 500bhp + ) you'd want full management.
