Hi Mac,

I have got one of these panels too.

Spoke to smithy cause all the reverse lenses have fell out. He told me that you found another way of fixing them without using a hot gun as instructed.

Come on spill the beans then. How did you fix yours???

Cheers,

Dean.

OK IMHO using hot glue am sure will just crack and fall out,so I repaired mine with Sikaflex,it's a kind of rubber texture and bonds stuff real well,It is so strong you can use it to bond a car wing on without using bolts=FACT. So I think it will repair the rattle permanent.

Cheers Mate,

Where can I get some of that from. Doesn't sound like the sort of stuff Halfords would have.

Dean.

We have used sikaflex (sikadur) to seal underground reservoirs, its really good stuff, stu, SRRAE has also used it so stick his numberplate on the front smile.gif and it aint come off yet! (although he did cover the entire back of plate with it, so he probably cant take it off if he tried!).

I have totally forgot where it came from, but builders merchants (Travis Perkins/ Broombys, keyline or any other builders merchants you can think of) will point you in the right direction, they may have an equivalent (as sikaflex is a brand name, like sellotape smile.gif)

regards
