Interesting stuff! Supprised they still havent opted for a twin turbo Engine though...

If they go for blowers I think they'll go Superchargers rather than tubs.+ The pressent 350 has worked much better with supperchargers than Turbos.

Lets hope the new car which if you look at the 2nd picture has a lower roof line, is better looking than the present. As the 350 looks like a cross between an Audi TT, a Citron Diane and a garden shed.

I like the sound of the metal folding roof as well - Nissan should have added that to the current convertible IMO.

Makes the car a worthy SLK rival then.......

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I'd sooner have the SLK IMHO, especially the series 1 which I think is one of the nicest roadsters ever made (other than the appearance of the S2000). I nearly bought one about 6 years ago when I worked for the MOD.

Me too............that's why I have one :D

I love that AMG in your pic but I'm quite happy with the 230 kompressor. It's quick enough and still returns 30mpg. Plus that roof is just quality

I do love the new shape one though - a nice black 350 with cream leather and the "neck-scarf" heating. I'd settle for a 280 though......
