HICAS leaking

The power cylinder on my zed's HICAS is leaking :eek:

It looks as though a previous owner or mechanic has caked it in grease or something similar to stop it leaking. Its leaking from where the pipes attach.

 

Any ideas of where I can source a replacement power cylinder for the HICAS or should I get a HICAS eliminator??
