Lost first gear

Please help guys,

 

For a few weeks now my z has started jumping out of first gear. But today it has got really bad and will not engage atall. The gear stick moves in exactly the same place but it just gives a grinding noise right near the end of the stroke. I'm now having to start of in second which is a bit of a pain.

Any ideas?

    bearings internally by the sound of it

     

    cant see that being anything clutch related, not normal on the z32 transmission but the 200sx sr box does this for a past time, especially as the stick is going in to 1st but only crunch is found.

    Damn. Looks like gearbox is coming back out AGAIN!!! Have to find one now then.
