Evening Gents. I Bought some Blitz Mechanical gauges from ebay the other week and they are Boost and EGT Temp but im having some trouble finding out what the 4 wires in the pictures are and where they go. Ive Got an idea that its for the illumination but surely you dont need all 4 wires?

 

 

Any help much appreciated

You should have a '+' 'illum' and '-' for the lights.

 

And a 'signal' and 'engine earth' for the reading.

 

That may not be 100% correct but its something like that! :rofl:

Thanks for the reply mate but could really do with knowing which wire is which, IE: Yellow is '+' Illumination Etc.

 

Anyone else?

Have a search for a BlitZ install manual, I suspect they will use similar wires for all gauges.
