Body Work ~ Sill

Hi people

 

O/S sill stone guard cracking, needs taken back to the metal & repaired

 

Anyone recommend someone who would do the work and rough estimate of how much it would cost?

    An outer sill job could just be a simple clean up and a small patch welded in(NOT ON TOP!!)

    Orrrrrrrrrrr it could turn in to a somewhat more extensive re-construction exercise as people on here will testify, especially on UK cars. Hard to tell till you get started. Any competent welder/fabricator will be able to tackle this. MJP do replacement sections if needed. Not cheap but the cost of them has to be balanced against the time a welder would spend fabricating the piece from a flat sheet.
