why is my account disabled?

i have used the automated message that pops up when the subscription is about to run out, and payed the £15 renewal via paypal on the 31st (can provide paypal recipt) but now my account is disabled in that i cannot reply to posts- so cannot buy much needed parts from others! :confused: :eek: :headvswal

 

can someone sort this for me ASAP please! :rant:
