Either leave to soak over night in Plus Gas, get 'em damn hot with a blowlamp, or if you're feeling brave then impact driver time !

won't actually weld, but can be almost as tough to remove...! May be as well to drive to an exhaust place and ask them to remove them - difficult to get any heat or leverage on them without a lift...

I tend to either cut them off (grinder / dremel) or heat them up and get a breaker on it and end up snaping / shearing them and drilling them out anyway.

i went to an exhaust garage and asked them how much it would cost to put my new exhausts on, they said £20 so i got my new exhausts and went ther toget them fitted and i made sure it was still £20. it took them 2 1\2 hours,2 blokes and a lot of heat to fit them. right bargain :D . you should try that!
