LTfans21 issued a seven day ban for not communicating with members over parts/money

Chris Bower ~ issued with permanent ban from the club and loss of all benefits.

Chris Bower was recently issued with a temporary 7 day ban whilst the committee considered its actions regarding his questionable trading activities.

Chris did come on and offer apologies; however he still did not come good in supplying items that other members had paid for in good faith. He chose to ignore any further requests to dispatch goods or come on and explain himself to the membership.

The Club Committee has no alternative than to issue this ban for leaving fellow members out of pocket; the 300zx.co.uk club will not tollerate anyone behaving in this way towards fellow members.

Hollowpoint ~ issued with permanent ban from the club and loss of all benefits.

The committee of 300zx.co.uk has given serious consideration in whether to take any action following the vicious and hateful online attack over on zxclub.net that Gary Wilson was subjected to from Hollowpoint. Not to mention Hollowpoint’s further vitriolic and spiteful insults levied at further members of the 300zx.co.uk committee and moderators. This particular episode was unprovoked as Gary did no more than post over there, that he believed his name had been called into question; he did not incite any trouble and Hollowpoint just launched into a vile and nasty tirade of abuse.

Hollowpoint failed to respect any attempt of a complaint against him and continued using puerile and profane language; culminating in stooping so low as to wish certain people (Gary for one) dead.

We are disappointed that no action was taken against Hollowpoint other than a simple warning "not to do it again;" when such atrocious behaviour is clearly against their club’s AUP. We are further disappointed that Hollowpoint showed no remorse for his outburst and, quite blatantly, has no intention of offering an apology. In fact he seems to take not being apologetic with pride. Hollowpoint's venomous attitude towards our club was compounded today in a thread from TonyB on .net wishing Vodkashots well after his recent accident - Hollowpoint clearly displays his hatred of us. Whilst these events did not take place on the 300zx.co.uk ‘site; Hollowpoint was nonetheless a member of our club so the committee has decided that he is no longer welcome here. Therefore he is to be permanently banned from this club with immediate effect.

He the right to appeal and should e-mail me within 7 days; I will post any developments in here.

aimeehudson - 3 day ban for posting spam on the forum in breach of the clubs AUP.

  • 4 weeks later...

LTFans21 has been issued a permanent ban for poor trading and lack of communication contravening the AUP regarding trading rules.

TonyB ~ permanent ban from the club commuted to 4 weeks from 27/8/12 following appeal.

Following Hollowpoint's permanent ban, the committee was also disappointed that TonyB failed to intervene and cease Hollowpoint's offensive and potentially libelous comments from continuing. And at one point Tony appeared to condone such abusive behaviour by actually agreeing with some of what Hollowpoint said. Consequently the committee permanently banned TonyB for neglecting his responsibilities as chairman of .net, for doing nothing to prevent such atrocities; and for apparently supporting the actions of Hollowpoint. All of which set back inter-club relations so far, that any imminent reconciliation now appears out of the question for the forseeable future.

TonyB appealed against his ban and, following great delibertation, the committee has agreed to rescind his permanent ban but concluded there must still be a consequence to TonyB's actions. Therefore TonyB's ban has been commuted to 4 weeks from 27/8/12; but his return to 300zx.co.uk will be subject to certain conditions and loss of some club privileges.

Paulmatulionis received a permanent ban for circumventing the banned user policy, this is LTfrans (previously banned) under a different guise.

Big_jim ~ issued with permanent ban from the club and loss of all benefits.

We have discovered that Big_Jim (aka James Sheils) in in fact Extrem Imports; a former member previously banned for ripping off other members in "questionable" trading activites.

Consequently we cannot permit Big_Jim to continue hiding behind his alias so his account has been closed.

Gonzo12c ~ issued with permanent ban from the club and loss of all benefits

Gonzo12c has been hended a permanent ban for the following reasons:

Questionable trading activities – IE selling an item which was not as described, refusing to take it back (deliberately refusing to accept the delivery, despite knowing it was being sent back) and refusing to repay the buyer. He has blatantly ripped off another member and flatly refused to rectify the situation.

Bumping his “for sale” threads after being advised his selling was temporarily suspended pending investigation of point 1 above.

Re-registering on the forum under an alias whilst serving a temporary ban after being warned in respect of point 2.

The committee is also aware of a current sale Gonzo12c has in progress; for which he has received the money but is yet to send the item despite me e-mailing him the buyer's details, requesting he gets in touch ASAP. We are actively pursuing this matter on behalf of the member concerned.

Mrs Hollowpoint seven day ban for reporting a committee members post and by doing so has broken the AUP in directly opposing a moderator or committee decision. Also for reporting two moderators posts and going against there decisions. Also causing ill feeling on the forum and trying to upset this great club for her own agenda.

Mrs Hollowpoint ~ issued with permanent ban from the club and loss of all benefits.

As previously stated, we do not permanently ban anyone without careful thought and due consideration. However in view of their (well documented) hatred of this club, its committee/moderators and the way it is run; along with their unacceptable behaviour at JAE last month - when at a prearranged meet with a Committee member to have a civil chat on the way forward, said committee member was meet with an instant barrage of swear words, abuse etc. and was told to piss off (in front of children, I might add) before he could even begin a civilised conversation. Furthermore Alex and Rose went on to make wild and false allegations of assault by one of our committee against Alex at JAE. The committee has decided that neither Alex nor Rose are welcome on the forum anymore.

Consequently after a month of debate and in depth discussions; plus reviewing what was said and done by whom, the committee has agreed that it is in this club's best interest to permanently ban Mrs Hollowpoint as well.

Mikey Bean ~ Account closed with loss of all benefits.

Mikey Bean has not actually been banned; he is more than welcome to return to the club whenever he likes. However at his request yesterday he asked for his account to be closed - I offered him until noon today, the chance to reconsider his position. Unfortunately having not heard from Mikey to the contrary I have duly closed his user account as per his request.

If Mikey would like it re-opened at some point in the future, all he has to do is contact a committee member and one of us will oblige. Mikey's breaker-yard trading area will also be closed.
