being new to the forum, you wont already know about the Silvia debate.

Some members have good experiences, some bad, please let us leave it at that.

Personally, so far, i have used Nissan dealers to fit parts, however some people here have their 'own' mechanics.

steve has used Simpsons in New Malden, and he says they are not bad. I pass them every day and they always have Z's, 3000GT's, Porsches, Ferraris etc on the forecourt so i guess their service guys must know what they are doing.

However, i am also looking around for a decent trustworthy garage/mechanic and would prefer to use someone who knows Z's already, or can be highly recommended by a member here.

oops.. forgot this bit..

are you mad ? why do you want the car lowered, especially living in london ?

jeez, mine is standard height, and i have enough trouble with speed humps now.. any lower and i would have to make 5 mile detours to get anywhere.

lol (ok ill leave silvia alone)

i am going to drive through europe on the 6th of august for a mont and i want to lower the car as i am going to the nurburgring,

i know it is crazy but i like the way a lowered car looks.

Lower the car and you might have to say good bye to your plastic brake air-ducts... just like I did without lowering it!
