How the hell do I get the electrical connection apart on the MAF? tried pushing and pulling and cursing it, dont want to use too much of the 'wrong' movements and fook the wiring, Is there a link with pretty pictures for the totaly stupid among us?? (me !!!)

There is a metal spring clip that is round it. you need to prise the clip out carefully with a small screwdriver. Should come off no problem then

There is a wire retainer which holds the plug in place. You need to unseat this wire retainer located on the plug need its base. the yellow arrow shows you where.
