So as I will be selling mine soon I was wondering as to how well they are selling, I mean there seems to be lots for sale right now (as there would be just to piss me off) so do they sit for months or do they sell fast.

Mine sold within days but mine was for sale for less then it was worth, Yours is a minter so well worth holding out fella.

 

You can consider dropping the asking price closer to your leaving date or if your not desperate for the cash then leave the car with a TRUSTED friend and watch it sell when the suns out and get him to send the money over minus a drink or two :)

I think that a good condition NA 2+2 manual will always find a buyer, as most NAs seem to be autos and NAs tend to be less modified too.

my old s2 93 uk spec tt needed a fair bit doing to it... although it looked stunning on the outside it needed tubs, suspension sorting coz of crazy lowering camber issues and the sill needed replacing due to corrosion... this put many people off so it was a bitch to sell but, when it finally did i still got more than i thought i would at 1600 notes!

 

best of luck with the sale though matey, as mentioned in a previous post, if your not desperate for the cash im sure there will be some1 willing to act as a 3rd party to sell it for you and then spend the money on a holiday.... i mean then send you the money ;) :p

I just got to thinking about time scale and getting her a good home.

 

I wont be putting her on ebay as I think most buyers will tend to steer clear of cars on there and the people that do buy might be a bit of a dodgey lot :nelson:

 

I am booking her in for a bit of bodywork tomorrow so she will be all spick and span for when the time comes.
