thats just strange. wonder who decided it would be a good idea to issue asbo's. didn't say if he got 3 pionts tho

FFS, ASBOs are there to reduce unruly behaviour, etc. at least thats what we were told at the start. at first i thought to myself 'fook me old Tony's come up with a half-decent idea for once in his miserable life' then it becomes obvious that kids see ASBOs as a medal and therefore dont give a sht about them, whereas you and me will be on the wrong end of them for trifling 'offences'. looks like we've found another stealth punishment guys.

It's impossible to have a vehicle impounded by the police if they can't find it, and they can't gain access to your garage without a warrant. Therefore if you are issued an ASBO, and get caught a second time... park the car in a mates garage, and play dumb...better that than you're baby becoming a rust bucket and having parts stripped of it by the fuzz.

Now it does defend what tehy where doing, speeding? wheelies?

 

In their defence, there are a few idiots around here who need to be banned period.

I don't understand why they are using ASBO's when they have the Police Reform Act where a Section 59 warning can be issued for a vehicle being driven / used in an anti-social manner or driving without due care but then this probably doesn't apply north of the border. Ultimately though it is the governments fault for applying performance indicators and targets such as the reduction of road fatalities.
