anyone got and set the apexi twin chamber bovs? just fitted mine and the screw is 10mm from the top off the 12mm lock nut and boost response seems lazy is this good or bad? whats best for the turbos? also what size hole is the best setting out of the 3?

The size of the hole won't affect the boost bud - only the volume (loudness) of the air release. Sounds like you've adjusted the screw correctly. If the boost sems lazy, have a good check around for boost leaks..
