Greg stated in a previous thread about checking marks on pulleys line up - I done this and photos are attached - Im pretty sure it hasnt jumped a tooth.

You can see the position of my cas to get 15-16 deg tho - it should be central.

Does this mean I could have a buggered cas?

Secondly - under the throttle body theres a small pipe with nothing attached (you can see this in the 2nd picture just above the cambelt) - should this be plugged or anything?

This is the vac feed for the Carbon Canister if i'm right.

It doesnt have to be capped off as it runs alongside the plenum and reappears at the back of the engine. It should be capped off here where I beleive it goes to the balance bar. With the engine running is there any suction on the pipe? If so it needs blocking here, or as above.
