whats the best way of testing injectors?

While car is running do you just put a screwdriver on each, other end to your ear and listen for a steady ticking?

is there any way of telling if they are breaking down or clearing up at higher rpm's?

I have conzult free and datascan - I can isolate cylinders 1 by 1.

Car seems to hesitate until sort of 3rd gear high revs then it stutters and just flies. Like something has just cleared itself out.

fuel pump is a possibility.

coil.

cheers fella

think I have a spare one of my old 'un.

how did you work out which one it was?

Maybe a fuel injector cleaner and change the fuel filter i had the same probelm on my old 200sx and it was fuel pump as said in earlier post.

Doesn't sound like an injector problem to me.

Aside from that all the screwdriver test tells you is that the electrical part is working. You really need to have them removed, flow tested, cleaned etc etc if you think they are faulty.
