If the side skirt needs TLC, I'd like to see a picture of it if I was buying the car though.

Its the air fireing its way through the impellor blades almost stalling them. Its not a good thing. Its what happens when you dont have Recircs or BOV's.

like i said it sounds good but very bad for the turbo - the air is being forced back against the turbo spinning in the opposite direction all turbos with no bov do it you can only hear it more because of the amount of boost shes pushing -badly needs a bov - also get bad turbo lag as legrath was saying almost stalling the turbo everytime you change gear so it has to completly re spool everytime - so really the turbo really is getting alot more abuse than it needs all for the sake of a bov
