Turbo rebuild or replace

Anyone know of any decent comppanies in the Midlands who repair or replace tubs, how much should we be looking at to:

a: refurbish standard tubs

b: refurb with better spec ie ball bearing, really just looking for a better more reliable tub than stock, not raising boost too much keeping this car pretty standard engine wise it will be used most days.

 

An idea on prices to look for and spec to go for would be good, have been stung before and dont want a repeat performance plus think its best to get both tubs refurbed while im at it.

    Turbo Technics do stock and uprated, can vouch for their quality

     

    Midland turbo do them but ive never used them

     

    Essex turbos do alot of units not sure about the zed, have spoke to them on more than one occasion and seem very knowledgeable, but likewise ive never used them.
