these should bring you up to date, and show that its not quite as serious as you may think, because the relevant clauses that affect us are still not precedented in law yet, but the whole issue is serious in general

But also alot to do with the size of your wallet. I mean how many of these two bit yahoo Dickheads that attempt to sue everyone every two minutes of the day could actually afford to do it, because if it does not come of i suspect they would not be able to cover there costs.
