is it an easy job to do or is it back to the garage time

sorry im not technically minded so im not sure exactly what the name of the bush is but its as big as a cup and its in the rear suspension leg that bolts into the floor of the car

Thats the subframe bush, there are 4.

Complete pain in the ass to remove. And requires removing the whole rear subframe/axle.

Well worth doing though! Upgrade to Energy Suspension Polyurethane.

Also you could add some subframe solid spacers to firm it up further.

cheers buddy i guess i'll leave it to the bruv in law

Just use the subfame spacers/collars. These basically squash the old bushes and remove any play, also dead easy to fit - nothing needs removing ;)
