only place i would sort of trust with work is envy in blyth, my mate takes his 400bhp R32 gtr there and its always full of supras, rx7's etc quoted me £350 for an hks timing belt fitted but only thing is they dnt have a rolling road, another guy u could try is andy irwin in lemington as he owns a 400bhp Z and his gaff has a rolling road, not sure what kind of diagnostic equipment they have though, i dont want to slate the place but i took my NA z there a couple of years ago to have aq clutch fitted and i had just fitted green stuff pads then two weeks later they were down to the early warning scraper, wont be going back meself

http://www.robertshawracing.co.uk they are in boldon

also there is a rolling road just opened behind them (not sure what they called)

hi performance in sunderland, insanezed takes his zed there

get yourself's to a meet and have a ask about with us that have experianced these things

need me car setting up properly, its running so rich the back end keeps getting covered in soot :(

Have you checked the ECU temp sender, the yellow one one the water pipe going into the engine? These can get crudded up and give the ECU the wrong reading making it think its still running cold so therefore advancing the timing and causing the engine to run rice as if it was still on choke

If not try a chimeny sweep  just kidding

started her up and let her warm up a bit, cant see any black smoke when i blip the throttle anymore but it could just be coz its dark,I'll take it up the road once am cleaned up to see how she's drivin, how do i clean the CAS and should i mark it before takin it to make sure it goes back in the same place?

clean the connector on the CAS first before removing it, if you do remove it mark where its position is before removing it, then clean off any crap that might be behind it. First see how you get on with the ECU sender

cleaned the ecu sender and still cant run boost, i bought a chip off ebay from a member of this site and fitted it yesterday and im startin to think the chips actually for a NA coz as soon as it comes onto boost it misfires but before i fitted this i could run 10psi before the car got grumpy wiv me, think al change the chip back to the one i had in and take it from there

aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i put the original chip back in that the car came with now it wont even start!!!! cranks over and i can hear the fuel pump prime so am guessin that now its not gettin a spark, one of the little legs on the chip was bent quite badly when i first removed it and when i straightened it up i noticed it was split slightly so am guessin its to do with this?
