Any advise welcomed, i have all the right tools i.e 22mm o2 socket wrench and all the extender bars e.t.c. but they are both on so tight its stupid.

Is their a little trade secret that i should know about ? please help.

I tried that mate but no joy dunno what to do ?

Mine were a T**t to get out, in the end they came out using a blow torch to heat up the pipe, although it had to be glowing red before they budged !

Make sure once they're out that you clean the threads before installing the new ones... ;) As above heat them to red hot then they should come out nicely :)

they can strip the threads out of the inserts, however you can get these as a seperate item ;)

Do what I did, get new downpipes. :rofl: Top price in the exhaust group buy.

thanks guys i think that downpipes is not a great idea due to slightly leakin tub seals, but will keep you informed AAARRRGGGHH
