ECU chip

Anyone know how I can confirm I have a JD chip in the ecu. I would have thought there woulda been a chip with 'JD' on it but there isnt?!?!?!!?

 

Probably been foobed off like the 3.1 litre engine!!!

    Theres no obvious sign then? Dont want to sell it as chipped then be wrong!! Im to honest!

    I generally label my chips. You ought to be able to tell whether it has a socket, but if it has and the chip isn't labelled it could be anything.
