I was just talking to a guy with a 300 and he has a bad creaking noise coming from what seems like his front callipers. It only happens when you you press hard on the brake pedal. Any ideas?

That`s a common problem, and easy to fix a case of removing the pads and cleaning the caliper and pay special attention to the pad shims and back plates all cleaned with brake cleaner then dried, apply a bit of copperslip to the rear of the pads and refit, done.

I've had the same kind of thing happening, kind of creaking sound at the front somewhere when parking, i.e. reversing backwards and forwards, could this be the calipers of something else?

I had the same. Tended to get worse as the pads wore more. As suggested, clean pads and copaslip do the job.
