Well this girls been getting dirty, and before you lads start anything I was talking about oil, grease and general engine dirt. LOL

I now have blue silcone vaccum hose's and the Bov's are almost on. Getting at those recirc valves was a complete PITTA. Everything from under the front nose cover is now in the boot till tomorrow when I put it all back again.

I had fun cutting bit with a hacksaw blade yet again.

It took me 4 hours out there and this is the second time I've run out of light to finnish the job.

So wish we luck for tomorrow, lads my poor hands are all scrapped up and I've broken a few nails :(

Nope he was supervising telling me what I had to do next, shining the torch on stuff for me and passing me tools. :)

good on ya eileen nothing better knowing you did the job yourself. anybody can pay to have work done its much more satisfying knowing you did it

Thanks Gaz, I try to do stuff myself and always takes me age's but I know it will be worth all the hassle in the end :) :)

Okay the Bov's saga continues

They are on

Everything is now back where it should be.

HOWEVER

I also replaced the vaccum lines with new blue silcone hose's and I'm one jubilee clip short in the correct size so I cann't drive my Zed untill I've been out in the REX to go get some more jubilee clips

 :(

well done hun!

Get that clip on and go for a burn in the car - gauranteed you will be smiling forever everytime you hear that pppssshhtt knowing you did it all on your own!

All sorted now and I've just taken it for a nice little test drive. Everything is working just right.

Only thing to cloud my drive was coming back into the estate I was forced to do 2 emegency stops due to idots coming round parked cars and leaving me no place to go.

The I was crawling along behind a little orange thing that was indicating right I stop and some twat in a ford rushed up behind me and was skidding into my boot. the orange thing turned enough for me to boot the Zed away from the ford just in time. My hearts nearly popping out of my chest.

Why can't twat ford driver's look where they are going and think oh car stop in road perhappes I better slow down :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal

Well done matey, are you in tommorrow pm as ive got my

chargecooler and your hubby wanted a look at it.
