Purple Ronnie has a new partner in crime lol Spotted this on autotrader last night and went to view this morning and came back with it it was that good a buy!

1996, Scorpio Ultima 2.3 16v 150bhp, 85k, Full Serice History, 1 Owner from new, Never washed in a car wash and he cost me the almighty sum of...... 1200 squid :D

Got to tax him next week but until then i'm going to work on polishing up the engine bay.

Drives a treat, ever so quiet and all the toys are great. Dual climate control, points the side view mirrors down to the ground in reverse to help parking, auto dipping rear view mirror, cruise control, trip computer, 6 disc autochanger, etc etc.

It has everything you could possibly want on it.

£469 fully comp with my bro and dad on the insurance.

Next job is to move the zed to a classic policy and i'll be sorted :hyper:

I'd forgotten how much i missed granadas!

Which lock up would that be mate I might be tempted to go take a looksee and take it away

Nice colour for burgundy.

Can't complain at the price, but much prefer the earlier versions. Have an almost yank appeal to them....

Although finding a low mileage rust free one is about as easy as selling sand to the arabs.

Oh dear Mr Bunny, and I thoght you had seen the light when you was interested in Peach's Omega :D

It is tidy though, I'll give you that.

Looks tide mate. Nice one.

I fancy a Moonstone Sapphire Cossie with a quad headlight conversion and rusty sills to bez about it. But one car's my limit. (and three bikes :x: )

I had one exactly the same as that in black with the full cosworth bodykit on and those wheels. Great car, can't find a single pre face lift mk3 like that any more :(

To be honest although it's uglier i prefer this one, the ride's alot better and it handles nicely in the corners and the engine's great. Nice combo of economy and performance :D

The omega is nice but it's a V6, i needed something that was going to be economical enough to make a difference in my petrol usage and looking up the figures the omega wouldn't have been a big enough difference :(

Nice car mate, just pullin ya leg.
