Hi guys and girls

i am about to fit a Border front mount intercooler ( its a huge beast ) and i know it will cause some air flow problems to the rad , my question is , has anybody ran ducting from the old intercooler intakes to feed extra fresh air to the Rad ?? or can the old stock intercoolers be used as auxilliary water radiators ??.......is there enough room to run pipes for this ......just a thought

I wouldn't worry about it blocking the rad, most people don't have problems.

If you're doing some further major upgrades you'd be better off replacing the rad with a Koyo or similar anyway.

Intercoolers can't be used as radiators, I don't think there would be room for the pipes anyway.
