I have put some vortex R wheelmania 19" alloys on my Zed.

The problem is that its sitting up in the air now. There must be

at least a 50mm gap over the back wheels. Can anybody who has got 19s on

and lowered their car please reply and attach a pic......just to give me an idea what 19s look like on a lowered Zed please. Im just hoping they are not too big!!!

IF THEY ARE YOU CAN ALWAYS SELL THEM TO ME :nana2:

Yes, with 19s on it will look high. When I did mine I installed KYB shocks and Eibach springs which make the car sit just about right. No point in posting a pic, as it has changed since then and now on Tein's.

I've got a set of 19s. With KYBs and Avo springs it sits perfectly. Must have low pro tyres aswell though

Check MJP's site. He can have springs custom made to your own height and stiffness. At a really unbeatable price.

19" alloys and lowered on H&R Springs..althought car is actually sitting on a slope in these pics and the rear arch gap is pretty much the same as the front in real life.

IMHO 19's always look slightly too big on a Z even when lowered.

18's are just right, 17's look too small and as for the stock wheels... :x:

the first picture is 18" i put on my car when i was having my 19" refurbed' about a year ago

IMO the 18" look TO SMALL

2nd pict is my 19"s lower profile but they fit a lot better

cheers for the reply. Your car is stunning. I have ordered the same front bumper as you the Greddy type G. I was wandering if you find it easy getting over speed bumps and speed cusions with the 19's/lowered & Greddy on????

Mines on standard springs with these 19" wheels on and looks lower than alot of yours  Wonder if they,re fooked :headvswal

Never had a problem mate, just take it easy!

Yep, thats about what mine look like on a flat surface, and thats with 40+mm springs.

Looks like they have sagged a fair bit for stock, expecially the back, and if they are the originals fitted when new then they are definatly fooked.

The Zed is harsh on its suspension and any that have done 50k+ will be pretty tired.
