roof trim removal

how the hell does the trim that runs alongside windows, targa etc come off

Me and Chris are trying to remove his and habing a mare with it.

    If you mean the white 2 piece clips there is a knack to them and once you know it they are easy, I went to Car Glass and Trim in Ipswich and they showed me it, would pass the info on if I remembered it :headvswal , was a few years ago now.
