Does anyone know if I can get an orange light to come through a zx red rear light strip?? (red brake light lense)

I was sat behind a Merc this morning and noticed it had a flashing amber light coming from a red lense! Wasn't sure if it was a special lense or not.

Cheers in advance,

Andy

Hi mate you could try using a yellow bulb assuming that red + yellow = orange

Also how can i get a pic of my car like yours in my signature

thanks

Whilst red and yellow paint may make orange a yellow light coming through a red filter will only pass the red light - if there is any !

Your not allowed as it is against the forum policy for anyone on here to have a signature picture using the same wheels as me.

In fact I think you will be braking the law and probably get a prison sentence if you attempt it.

Or you could try Joely p like I did.

I want it to look like andy isherwood's but when i copy it in it goes all small ?

Ever considered colour coding your red reflector on your rear bumper to tidy up your rear end?

It would look better IMHO.
