my heart sank when i opened the letter - thought i was busted from that Tunnel run! But noooo - it was the day my car went for its MOT & the best thing is.. I was sat at my desk @ work! It was the fella who took my car for the MOT!!! :tongue:

 

So just to rub things in (with him) - i wanna know how bad it is :) :)

I am quite sure that wont hold any water any longer? I think if you cant make your mind up then both will get done? Again I aint 100% sure BUT! if a company car ends up the same and the driver can not be identified the company are held responcible?

 

I don't think that is true. i do some work for a building co & they had a fine sent though, they could not tell the driver so it got dropped.

although it IS harder for a company to avoid it, in front of certain courts, as they will say they should keep proper records of drivers ie the police is an example, so they dont do the driver but fine the company for not keeping records

A proper sawn off has the barrel or barrels cut down and the stock reduced.Only way I could conceal it under me mack. :tongue: :)
