as above want to replace profile but every time i try it says to big even thogh i hover over picture it says it is only 78 kb!

If its the one to the side it needs to be no more than 100 pixels by 100. might be your problem

what do you mean profile picture mate? the avatar can only be 10k IIRC, but there's no limit to the size of any pics in your sig (as demonstrated on the forum :D )
