just back home from going to the last days filming of the last epsiode of top gear.

 

well today i was picked up by a member of the club simon350s he travelled up from cardiff to collect me and take me to the top gear studios, we stopped off toget some brekkie first then got on the way, half way there i was knackered from trying to concentrate and talk, so i managed to have a slight sleep.

 

when we got there it was nice and sunny and the first thing we got was this....

 

we then parked up and the very first thing we see is one of these..

very nice i thought then a lamborghini murcilago roadster turned up with a gallardo also, the owner of the roadster opened the engine cover for me to take this..

and then i got this

 

we then had to go into the studio.

 

inside was quite big as you can see..

not long after the trio of maniacs turned up and the mayhem ensued, we saw a collection of bloopers and cut out that never have seen the light of day. i was in stitches and it was very funny.

 

so filming started and we watched some clips.

 

it was then time for a coffe break and mr clarkson looked like he was off out the main doors but just stood there doing nothing, so i popped over as you do and introduced myself.. as you do and we spoke about.. the lotus for a while and why i was there, he didnt even mind me being taller and wider than him!.

i manged to get 3 pics with him and he even shook my hand.

 

not long after i spoke to mr hammond about what had happened to me and wished him well also, i was then able to get a pic with him and mr may.

i then spoke with mr may for a short while.

filming then restarted and we watched all the extra bits.

 

inbetween filming i was able to get some pictures of myself and simon around the studio.

this was all organinsed without my knowing by the lotus esprit owners club, i was picked up by a member , driven down and back.

im jealous not over the programme as these days its in all honesty in my opinion now a sack of spanners, however you saw HIM in the flesh, close up and personal NOW THAT MAKES ME JEALOUS!!
