HKS EVC IV Remote Switch

Has anyone fitted this? Is it worth the money which seems extortionate for an illuminated push button switch. If so got any pics of it as HKS and their suppliers don't have pics of it. Seemingly the button unit has a 4pin plug that mates with one on the loom from the back of the EVC so I was hoping to get a wiring diagram from HKS to explain the wiring but hey HKS don't have proper wiring diagrams for the EVC and accessories - pants outfit! Any one got one and can explain the 4 wires?

John, I didn't bother with this for my setup. Switch looks like this - www.eatricezone.com/images2/trigger01.jpg

Have you got your EVC working now?

-Andrew

Thanks Andrew. Yes I got through the setup in the end. Now it is just a matter of adjusting the limits. I have set it up conservatively to start with 0.5bar (low) and 1.0bar (high), 1.15bar (scramble) and 1.16bar warning. I will eventually get it to a tuner with a dyno/rolling road for it to be extended to its limits.

Did you install your evc in the centre dash below the radio?
