Fitted a set of UK clocks in a Jap spec I have here, the needle moves as if it's going in KMPH. I:E Speedo says 80 for example and i know am only doing around 50ish. I've confirmed they are 100% deffo UK clocks ( spoke with Luke to confirm) so either they are faulty or summits going on with something else. Now then am hoping some kind soul will help me know one way or the other, is anyone willing to send me a UK clock unit by registered post, the day it arrives I will simply plug it in as is, drive up the road and then post the clocks back again to you by registered post, so the longest you'll be without them in total is 48hrs Max! If all works well it tells me these ones ain't right, if they read the same as mine, it tells me something somewhere else ain't right.

I will of course cover all costs and be glad to show my appreaciation should you require anything from me ;)

sure the car hasnt had a speedo converter fitted to the wiring loom somewhere mate?

According to Luke and Jeff it would have the opposite effect mate, but yeah thought of that.

I'll just give it another 24 hours to see if anyone else actauuly already has them out ( to save duffers removing yours) fingers crossed someone whos just purchased some and not yet fited, someone may have theirs out for a lighting project or one of our mechanical traders may have some they could loan me etc etc.

You can have my UK clocks if you require. I dont use the car that often and you have been a very good supplier to me. :) I'm doing dash lighting projects so its in and out all the time (no not the missus! :slap: )

please use royalmail registered post ( silver sticker) it;s insured for 500 big ones just incase...

They will be back in the post to you the very same day i receive them, so put a return address inside where they are to go or i can just hold onto them till you return.

Smithy are you replacing a series 1 for a series 1

or 2 for 2 etc, if not i thought you would have to change the clocks into the case?? MAYBE?? your problem m8??

yeah these are series 1 and the jap Z is series 1, i'd thought of hat one too ;)
