If you put those feckin weights down a 600 would be fine and there would be far more happy chickens smile.gif

Roy mate

GSXR1000, but hey these days there isn't alot between them, but if you are a big lad!!!!, then you might consider something like the zx12r, my mate's got one and it is feckin quick!!!.

Trouble with all the new bikes is there lack of size, you ride perched over the front wheel and not apart of the bike if ya know what i mean!!.

Although saying that you could buy mine.

I have the best streetfighter in the country, Martek monster tube Alloy frame kit, 1428cc Turbo, and it's making 250bhp.

I can get it to wheelie off the throttle in all gears. he he.

Only trouble is i got a little carried away when building it and it's cost me around 30k to build!!!.

Cheers Dave.

A Ducati of course confused.gif

Not much cop if you're a big lad though frown.gif

Hmmm Ducati!!, wouldn't buy one after two mates have had cam belts snap on them!!!.

One of them Ducati 916, snapped on a track day at Donington Park, was still under warranty, but as being used on a trackday, Ducati wouldn't honour the warranty and my mate had a bill for £3500!! to put it right.

Nah i wouldn't buy a Duke!!!

Cheers Dave.

Well I have a Hayabusa & I'm really happy with it. I'm 6'2" & there is plenty of room.

My wife has an R1 which she loves (but too small for me)

Go to the BMF next weekend

Jan ..

Hi Roy i to am an 18 stone bodybuilder (the training partner of IFBB Pro Denise Francise)

The two bikes i have are the ZZR 1100 and an Italian MV Agusta F4 Spr.Boath bikes acomodate me perfectlym The ZZR is a big and very powerful beast with a top speed on 185mphmcost wise they start from £1500 for an early model i have a 2000 model on a W reg at a cost of £4500,so beleve me when i say this is a big guys bike,On the other hand my MV is one of only around 100 in the UK and is an Italian exotic and at £16000 is said to be the most buitiful bike in the world with a two year waiting list and a top end of 175mph,and as a out and out sports bike still fits my 18 stone frame very well and at six foot as well.

So as far as cost goes the ZZR is a goog buy as a sports tourer, though the GSXR is a good bike if you are after a out and out sports bike, the BUSA is also a good un,hope this helps mate. Chas

Charlie,

do you have any pics of the Agusta, I love them and like pics of them! Is it the red/silver you have? or the black? you are lucky which ever one you have! especially the SPR, a 'standard' F4 is god damn good enough!

Saw one on the road last week going over parbold hill the North West, it was in the corsa colours, but going other way so didnt notice if it was an SPR or 'just' an f4. A lucky sighting, dont think i'll ever see one on the roads again!

See you

Puch Maxi would be right for you Massive! LOL biggrin.gif

Right, seriously? MV Agusta is the only bike worth having IMO or if you can't stretch to that a fucking Blackbird(my dream bike) which has twin tail pipes with rocket launcher effect holes! CLASS booooooooyakashaaaaaa...bling...bling...Massive! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Thanks guys,

Firstly Macca if u had a honda melody you would probably stick a big red plastic kit on it!

I thought of going for a streetfighter look but still havnt got the race rep thing out of my system. Ducatis love em but come on I own a Z FFS I dont wont 2 liabilities on the road and there too small.

Bushas too lumpy so I think i'll take out a gsxr1000 and a zx9 or zx12 and see what i like.

Charlie, its about time Dennis got his pro card, nice to see him earning some money on the endorsement side too.

Roy Den's had his pro card for two years now,in fact this wednesday he is going to the States for two shows,he also is in the Grandprix in Manchester as he was last year.

Problem is no matter who you are as a compettive bodybuilder if there are any Yanks in the line up THEY ALWAYS WIN!!,you know the score mate its called polotics, this shit is rife in the IFBB,all the big shows are always in the states and only a few are in Europe, therefore the competitors have to shell out of there own pockets then claim back from there sponsors, you then get your cash back two monthes later and there are 11 shows this year in the USA . Roy,

Have you considered the Triumphs?

Daytona (Race) or Speed Triple (Streetfighter) new models are okay for us big lads. Try www.triumph.co.uk for a look.
