Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these chips? Looking through peoples specs there doesn't seem to be any consistency with which one people choose.

My choices as I see it are:

John Dixon (1st Choice)

JWT Chip

SE Chip

Thanks peeps.

difficult to say without getting hold of the actual list of changes that each chip does (eg, fuelling, changes to rev limit, etc). my first aftermarket was a JWT, mated with boost jets. i was happy with this chip (funnily enough i ebay'd it off last week for £35) - there was a big list of improvements the chip did which i didnt really understand but which sounded cool. then a couple of years ago i went for a John Dixon chip and saw a few small improvements here and there, nothing you could realistically notice, although the idle seemed a little smoother. not sure about SE, although Silvia Engineering went bust a good while ago. best thing to do is contact John Dixon (he's a member on here) and discuss it cos he can do custom chips for your spec.
